In order to provide the most consistent products and to protect our business relationship Solo requires an active credit or debit card on file. Solo will charge the account balance on the 15th and last working day of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, the card will be charged the following business day. We require an active credit or debit card on file so the current balance can be charged in full on that day.
In the event of a declined card we will contact you and you may provide us with a different credit or debit card or pay by check within 5 business days. We accept all major credit cards.
